At Peterson Elevator we manufacture, install, and maintain passenger elevators for our customers in the greater Los Angeles area. Our process is two-fold. Construction is just the first step. We stand behind our product, so when the elevator is completed we continue to maintain it. We cater to the needs of the general contractor throughout the construction of the building. A year of monthly maintenance is included on the finished elevator. After the building has been established and tenanted we offer month to month contracts to service the elevator and comply with California safety codes.
MANUFACTURE
Our warehouse is located in Santa Fe Springs, California. This is where we build your elevator cab. Our skilled staff builds to your specifications. Whether you have flat or raised ceilings, front and rear doors, stainless steel or formica interiors, or any combination, we strive to provide you with a beautiful cab. We have created thousands of elevators and we are confident we can supply you with a product that is just what you need.
Installation
The install starts at the beginning of your construction project. We drill down as many stories as your building is tall and install the elevator piston. Our expert installers have many years of experience and are all members of the International Union of Elevator Constructors Local 18.
After the framing on the building is complete, our installers return to place the guide rails, build the door frame, and install the pump unit and door operators. Our mechanics work make sure everything is ready before the elevator cab arrives.
